Self Awareness Mini Course/Assessment

Self awareness is the ability to recognize your thoughts, emotions, motivations, strengths, weaknesses, patterns and the impact you have on others.

Why is Self Awareness Important?

Self awareness is an important step towards identity clarity on the self discovery journey.

There are varying degrees of self awareness and identity clarity. The self awareness gradient below helps us track where we are in identity clarity.

Oblivious-Aware-Alert-Active

The Oblivious state is when you don’t know who you are, you are not aware of your thoughts patterns, emotions, motivations, strengths, weaknesses, patterns and the impact you have on others.

The Aware state is when  you have come to understand your identity, it’s characterised by a consciousness of the value you have to offer.

The Alert state is when you actively track your subconscious operating system, you can articulate your vision, are fully convinced that you have something of value to offer and ready to deploy your strengths and skills to contribute to your world.

The Active state is when you are functioning in taking visionary steps and are committed to actively and consistently delivering value in the form of solutions that make visible impact.
